This one was sitting for a while so I decided to finish it today! It's actually a follow up to a piece I did a year ago. This is one of my OC's wondering in the deep dark night for a smoke and a glimpse of city lights under the moonlight. Hope you guys like the cinematic feel I added to it 😁
