Elite Bodyguards: The Blue Phoenix

Continuing my collection of the Elite bodyguards! So far, I think she's my bias haha. Ive done a lot of research elaborating her powers, and what can I say, I'm proud of the results!
All I can say for now is that her bow isn't made to kill but to heal and resurrect, so, you'd definitely like her shooting you in the heart
